We are looking for an expert in Bulk Email Marketing with INTERSPIRE.
Ideally you have your own email server or know how to set one up for bulk emails.
We want someone who is experienced in setting up an email server (using Interspire) that is able to handle:
- choose hosting service
- at least 1.000.000 emails per day
- should be able to use multiple rotating IP addresses (Minimum 50)
- optimize MySQL Server for operations with Interspire Email Marketer
- the use of multiple SMTP servers must be supported
- the use of multiple IP addresses and domain names
- setup of maximum emails processed per SMTP per hour must be supported
- Inbox must have a high rate especially gmail,hotmail and yahoo
- The Server should be with Security and a Firewall
- We pay 50% when you are ready with the System and the other 50% after a few Days when all works fine.
We are CAN-SPAM compliant but our lists, although opt-in, are aged so we will likely have some spam complaints. We are looking for a solution that wont shut us down due to complaints and if the IP is blacklisted then they can provide us with additional rotating IPs. You have to remove the blacklisted IPs.

Bulk Email Expert Needed
s format or .txt format. I have access to a shared server with PHPList with a limitation to send only 500 messages per 30 minutes. I want this process to be programmable and automated. I do not wish to pay another website to use their smtp servers, too expensive for this quantity. I have not posted a fee that I willing to pay for this project because I MUST BE ASSURED and SEE SOME RESULTS. NEED TO GET STARED RIGHT AWAY.
