Asset Tracking System - an "airport kiosk" type Software

I want a software that will run like the airport kiosk software in terms of user interaction. I intend to run the software from a touch-screen monitored computer.
It should handle a small database of about 200 assets to manage usage transactions ("IN" and "OUT" transaction) and then output a summary report and a transaction report. Each completed transaction and some critical values of usage variable should be able to trigger an email (and SMS) alert.
Compensation budget: $ 50-200
Timeframe: 10 days

- A login
- Building, Room, and Staff entry
- Asset entry: add, modify, move, delete
- The ability to view assets by room, staff, category, etc

Php Order Tracking System
post. I want the users to be able to track their orders online, so once they have sent off their phone, they can enter their email address and be emailed a unique code, a admin can then change the status of their order, which the user cam check on whenever they want.
I need this done in php, and am assuming it will need a msql database.
This is quite a simple project so I am not expecting to pay too much.
