Red5 app to stream video (like oflaDemo)

Greetings all programmers... this project is mainly to ask quoting regarding a very possible script requirement! Depending in the cost of the script
I would like to see how much would it cost for a Red5 app that would allow me to stream video through the internet. Something like oflaDemo (already included in the Red5 system) but with some more features:
- A splashscreen before loading the stream
- Current viewers
Optional features:
- Able to see it on mobile devices (ipad/iphone, android, blackberry)
- Current viewers could be displayed to everybody or just the admin
- Videos on demand (Record the stream)
- Its own video player
I don't know what would be better, to use the Adobe Flash Media Live Encoder or the script own encoder (open to suggestions regarding performance, server load and bandwidth)

Android Video Stream APP for WMP and Flash (rtmp-based)
I need somebody to write a simple to use Android APP to stream some WMP and Flash coming out of this website: www.telejay.com . All Flash streams are rtmp based. I need the whole APP A-Z, not just the screening part. Like browsable by Country and/or Genre, etc. Again, it needs to be simple to use. Right now it will be only applied to Androids 2.3, but we also like to have the APP for ipads maybe later. Android Tablet has priority.
