Project F is a very exciting project that requires an experienced design/php professional that can adapt open source forum software that may be:
Simple Machines http://www.simplemachines.org
vBulletin.
phpBB
IPB
The forums above must have Paypal Subscriptions options for VIP included, we need this for the forum as we will be charging users for a VIP section using Paypal Subscriptions.
This project is to set up the above-mentioned forum, and implement the template we have in psd.

We also require some modifications for this above open source code. We will be adding a VIP section to the forum, within this, we will have a voting system. We need the function to allow users to vote on a post. This will then show in the left have menu on each page showing the current winners in terms of added votes. Voting will be out of 5, then all votes will be added in realtime and show in the league table. We need to be able to time these votes, so the voting may last a month, and then be saved and voting starts again.
Another modification will be to show what everyone is talking about, this will simply be new posts that have been received, they will show on the right in a top 10 style table.
As the voting system, this is vital and we would like to see an example. We would like to offer anyone $ 5 (max 3 payments via Paypal i.e. first 3) who can show us a simple working example of one of the above forums using a voting system, and we will offer $ 20 to anyone who writes a workable example for us to look at (max 4 payments/people via paypal. i.e. first 4), it only has to be basic at this point, but must show that you can create a voting system.
Naturally, if you can show us the above, then you have a VERY good chance of winning the job.
We have the PSD of the forum ready, this will need to be cut and entered into the forum code to show a very professional website.
Along with this contest, Project F_1 will follow, a cashback scripted website, then Project F_2, Project F_3 and F_4 which are all connected to the community. So if you do a great job here, then the next may come your way also.
