Older Male Voice Talent Needed to Record Short Sales Script

Hello,
We are in need of a voice talent to record a telephone auto-attendant script. We specifically need an older male voice talent because this will best suit how we want to promote our product and because we know this will appeal most to our customer demographics. The script we have is very short about 5 min long and very straightforward and comprehensive.
The motivation is that we need a person that can basically put himself in character and sound like you are calling from an office. You are an employee that is pretty excited about a new work at home opportunity product we are releasing.
We also DO NOT WANT THIS TO SOUND LIKE A RADIO COMMERCIAL AD, it has to sound like it's an amateur abd normal speech and again that you are calling from an office. (Again the motivation here is that you are a normal employee that has been assigned the task of recording this... so you can't be too excited as well...
In this listing I have provided you with an attachment of a similar project to give you an idea of the tone and speech you will have to duplicate.
This project if very easy and will only take a little over an hour of your time to complete. Since this project is very small and does not require too much effort we feel a fixed price of $ 30.00 is more than fair for this project.
