I am looking to add a search based on zip code and radius (search within 5 miles...) on my wordpress site. In addition, my site will have premium members and I would like their business listings to display above all others in the particular area that is searched.

nd age and store it in the data base for future reference. Even though at this time we are only asking for a users zip code and age,(and recording their IP Adress) we will want the abillity to ask for and store name (last and First), email address, street address, city and state.

For the game the zip and age is required to play, for the site a "no thank you, I don't wish to share this information" button is needed that will close the dialog box.

I require a very simple Zip Code Radius Script for a state wide home inspection business.
Really simple :-) A client logs in, then types in her/his zip code where an inspection is required, and the results are based on how many miles away the inspection is from a centrally located zip code. I have all of the state zips. I had designed a pull down form for another client, but this state has too many zips lol. Thanks
