1. The iPAD window should be divided into 2 parts. Left: input window. Right: 3D character window
2. There'll be N stages to make a character. To start with Drag and Drop Male/Female character to the right.
3. A 3D image will be created to the right, which can be rotated 360 degree.
4. In Step2, drag/drop the body type like, Slim, Atheletic body. The 3D char will be changed accordinly.
5. Then the character need to be dressed up, by clothing scheme to be designed.
6. e.g. for male character, he has to wear a shirt. Thus from right to left, various designs of shirt to be dragged and dropped. Similarly if the user doesn't like look and feel of the shirt chosen, he should be delete the previous selection. This has to be very interactive and user should be able to rotate and inspect the 3D character in the right window.
7. Similarly many input to be selected and used to make the final suit ready, including the texture and color. The same color/textture/design will be superimposed on the character.
8. The same thing has to be repeat for various things like, trouser, blazer, tie, vest etc.
9. Finally use has to input the various measurements like length, waist size and many other inputs of the body parts to make the final character.
This is very ambitious application and much user interaction is involved. Only serious bidders are requested to place the bids. The application has to be generic, and web based application is preferred. However it should be wrapped for mobile specific platforms to be used with android, iphone etc seemlessly. Bid only if you're familiar with CSS3, HTML5, SVG, phonegap, sencha touch, image processing, 3d graphics etc.

Firstly we need to understand that if this is possible and then understand the limitations. But we have a huge need for this functionality to openly share files within a conference room with each other and from an administrator that is running a meeting.
