social engine 4 errors on website

This should be an easy job for the right person. I have had a website which has been working perfectly well, i had alot of trouble with the previous hosting company and decided to switch hosting companies. I done this but it seems that the website isnt working, something to do with the index.php file my hosdting compasny said.
The website is social engine 4 so preferably for the winning bidder to have experience here,
There will be plenty more work after this such as adding plugins and changing the site as it evolves.

Social Engine 4 - Db Field Sync 2
I have a social Engine 4 site. It uses a Mysql db. I have several plugins that all use different tables but I want to sync the category tables to 1 master table, so each plugin operates of this exact same table data.
Example: if auto is category 1, then it will be category 1 in all plugins. And any changes or deletions will update all plugins.
I have more work for good SE4 programmer.

ow on my dedicated server, so you would need to optimize it to work faster - currently website loads too slow 5-8 sec (page loads too long, it should load in 2 or 3 seconds). there is currently nobody in the server so mysql is not the issue since we have raid10 i am pretty sure if you are php js gig you absolutely can do this job only experienced accepted

Social Engine 4 Too Slow (optimization)
from programmer who is very good with server/script optimization. My Social Engine 4 is working very slow on my VPS hosting account, so you would need to optimize it to work faster - currently website loads too slow (page loads too long, it should load in 2 or 3 seconds). You will need to enable memcache or APC and maybe also make some other changes.
This should take you a lot of work, if you are good with this kind of work.
