GPS Tracker Development

I am looking for software developers to develop GPS Tracker system.with or without camera which can be attached with Cellphone,Camera & Pen.

* A remote wipe/disable ability from a server, anything that can remove a phonebook user data or if you're a really evil programmer something that could disable the handset. If this can also be done from a text message command from a preset number embedded into the programme (this would be a number from our servers)

so that i can locate it using online webservices such childlocate or people locator. I would like to know if the tracker could be fitted with a vibration or tilt sensor so that i receive a text when moved.

If i find someone to build one of them at an affordable price, i will probably order more as i already have clients in view to buy them.

Don't know if a RF transmitter could be fitted in the tracker so it could be located if concealed.
