Please create a website logo and home page per specs contained in two documents attached. Please read both attached documents before placing your bid.

have two important purposes. The first purpose is to explain about GMEconnection. The second purpose of the HOME page is for applicants to begin their search for GME programs.

* We will be replacing the current flash slideshow on the main page with a more professional flash intro. A seperate project will be listed on Scriptlance for the flash slideshow.

really make it come to life. I need something very attractive and appealing to my viewers and not the standard default look that so many people using this platform have. I still would like to keep a few of the features such as: Arcade News, Featured Members, and Log-on box...I also have an articles mod that was just created that I would like to have a link to on my homepage. Please send some examples of some of your work if you have them so that I can get some ideas.
