system/software that will allow the people to do a keyword research...
Then they will be able to put in their KEYWORD RICH domain name within the members area so they can check available domains
once they have done this they can go ahead and register it
so they pick their keyword, then domain
in the next step we will show them how to install their site so it is working better SEO wise
then the next step is to change/edit their site through the software from the members area
which will mean, I think its best, if they can pick if they want to focus on adsense sites or selling a clickbank ( Affiliate Network ) product..
all they need to do is select, and enter name of site, title, site url, ftp etc etcso the software can go ahead and login and make the changes
then depending on what they choose. so adsense, or clickbank the site will be edited and uploaded so they can go ahead and get traffic to make sales
also the software will need templates they can choose from layouts
and also a pop-up for email collection... whenthey choose clickbank product focused site ( this is going to be a pop up when it will show a source code that the email marketing service ( such as mailchimp or iContact ) provides
so visitors can signup to the newsletter )
EXPLANATION :

Then once they have picked the keyword they want to target they can go back to step 1 in the members area and put the keyword in a new bar and search for available domains. The software should provide them with the available domains from http://www.godaddy.com/?ci=13333
and in this order: .COM .CO .INFO .NET .ORG
They can click on register from the members area and it should direct them to the page where they can purchase the domain.

Step 3: this is where they can optimize the site with ads from google or clickbank products: the buyers in this part need to pick their area of focus. so either Adsense site, or a clickbank affiliate site.
for either options there should be a general section where they can put in their SITE NAME, HEAD LINE, SITE URL, FTP USERNAME, FTP PASSWORD, TARGETED KEYWORDS, DESCRIPTION,
then if they chose ADSENSE there should be a section where they can put in their adsense id.
if they chose clickbank, there should be a section where they can put in their clickbank ID, main clickbank keyword 1, clickbank keyword 2, clickbank keyword 3. then three other fields where they can choose the TITLE of the ads or links that will be pulled from clickbank. so if they choose lose weight, the software will pull products from that niche and put it on the site.
if they had chosen adsense.. there the next part will be a contact form that they can fill out such as: site email, street, address, city zipcode.
if they chose clickbank as a site, then there will be a field for the pop-up email collector... offering people something free for their email.... we would need a few templates that they can pick from.... I am not sure about this part, maybe a squeezepage is better? because i am thinking what if they want to totally customize the pop-up how will they be able to do it... we need to think on this...
then they hit refresh site and the site will be optimized with their wishes....

The only admin function I need is to be able to delete videos. Users should be able to add videos without a user area. If you can add a simple login system that would be great but it's not necessary.
