A small london start up London TV company, requires a website build based on a flash front page. We know pretty specifically what we want but we want you to help us see it through. We have a short lead time and need to go live by mid January. We have a budget but a minimum one. Its an average budget. New CMS Website for Start Up Business

I am wanting to eventually be able to pull down the registrants information to a local database, something like Filemaker but I don't expect it to be done together with this project, even though it would be nice to line it up for future integration. I will have 2 more sites in the near future and 1 more further out, so I will consider heavily on using the same provider for all sites depending on cost and quality.
