Search for and extract email addresses from blogs

I need you to extract contact email addresses for bloggers listed in several categories.
These email addresses should be provided in several CSV files (one for each category listed above) containing the following fields.
1. BLOG NAME
2. BLOG URL
3. CONTACT EMAIL ADDRESS (if found on blog, blank if not found)
4. FIRST NAME OF BLOGGER (if found on blog, blank if not found)
You should be able to complete the full project within 1 week or so. I can make a 30% partial milestone payment upon delivery of the CSV files for the first 500 blogs.
Please include a sample CSV file with a few entries from one of the first categories with your bid, so that I know you understand the requirements.
There are approximately 3000 or more entries in total in those categories. You will need to visit the blog listed under each entry and try on locate an email address for the blogger, usually found on the profile page. I'm able to locate email addresses easily on about half the blogs that I looked at.
One part of the job is to pick blogs that seem relevant. Many blogs in all these categories are not relevant. So, obviously a blog about wages, some particular industry and many others would not be appropriate. You will have to select blogs that you think may be relavant.

Other option is use modify the thunderbird's plugin.
There is thunderbird plugin called email Extractor which pulls address from To, CC, BCC, Reply to but not from main message body. If it is easier to modify that then I can look at that solutions as well.
