I am looking to get a clone/copy of the following site: www.guildinsurance.com.au which is built in Joomla, but I would like the site designed and produced within Wordpress.
I have design guidelines which are attached.
Tab slider needs to be utilised for slides
Menu dropdown system to be replicated.
IMPORTANT - There will be some extra coding work done in the near future, but just need the front page finished for investors to see.
The telco startup will be then expanding the project to the right person in building the backend to connect to all services.
Rough outlines are attached.
You must have Expert CSS/HTML/Wordpress experience with WORKING LIVE examples of working with a TELCO business.
* No milestones: your money when (and if) work is completed. We don't want complaints, when you place your bid you agree that you are able to do what requested, respecting the deadline and will not stop the project midway through.

I need a psd mockup of a website
o create a mockup of a website ,in psd form that I can change into a wordpress theme . Design is not to complicated . Three columns with header, left column would have a graphic as a background ( I will provide the graphic). Menu bar would be below header, in left column, and on bottom of page--Consisting of customized buttons. You should have previous experience and must allow minor reversions.
