Convert 6 PSD files to web page templates, conforming to XHTML 1.1 and CSS 2.0 specifications. Banner should be animated using JavaScript. Attached is one of hte PSD files. Others will be sent later.

I need to convert a series of PSD files to a WordPress Theme.

This needs to be done urgently (within 24 hours). There are several PSD files, and they all need to be changed to a Wordpress theme. All the different PSD pages (7 of them) should be changed to wordpress themes. Once you get the first one, it should be easy to do the rest.

I have all the final PSD's headers, that are ready to be sliced and placed on the wordpress page.
