IPad - XML Parser that creates links / HTML from XML tags

For a iPad magazine project I need an XML parser that reads a control XML file and creates certain actions, which I must be able to include in my application.
Note: Must be implemented within 4 days!
I will provide the control XML and additional XML files to bidders.
This project consists of 2 parts:
Requirement:
- the XML files will be stored in the local application resources folder
- needs to analyze the control XML file, which follows a certain naming convention for each page
- the items in the XML may consist of multiple connected items
- all items have the x/y coordinates listed as XML tags
- must have a variable set to allow for parsing
- applying only to image / video tags
- apply to image / video / image / text tags
The application will provide thru a variable a number which relates to the current file that needs to be parsed at the same time
When the application is in vertical mode only one number will be provided --> 1 file need to be parsed and be made availalbe
When the application is in landscape mode, two numbers will be provided --> 2 files need to be parsed and be made availalbe
Part 1:
- must parse for certain tags and create a call to open a UIView with a list of filenames (either image or videos) as a parameter
Part 2:
- must parse for certain article tags and create a call to open a UIWebview and display the contents as HTML according to predefined formatting tags
- an article may have a jump from / jump to tag, which means that the previous / following article content also needs to be included in the generated HTML
- when a button is pressed in the application for the current page number provided, the text for all articles on that page must be shown in a UIwebview as HTML

- you need to define all variables used clearly and in one place
- XML parsing shall be implemented with TBXML

Build html table with data from an XML feed

A third table is needed for a reworking of some of the data in the second xml feed. Only one instance is pulled from the XML feed this time.

Modification of simple PHP Script to create html from xml
I have a php script which parses a folder with XML files and then creates html files from them, using pre-defined html tags for formatting.
The script works well, but i require some changes to the way it parses the data.
I will provide the script and the source XML to the bidders to have a better understanding.

Based on the above example the new XML file for 3.Getting Started will be m01_000_003.xml
The “3.Getting Started” title will not be included in the parsing. But everything below it will.

XML API Post
updates, as the vendor will only allow us to create HTML pages on their site (it's through a content management system).
I have tried various pieces of code, have gotten close but not quite, would like to see what it would take to finish this off.
The deliverable is an HTML form that on submit will send the info from the form via XML to the API and thus the new account is created....
