We own and operate a small shop located on a defence base in Australia. We have started selling souvenirs, gifts and ID card holders to increase turnover. It has been so successful we are now having unique products manufactured overseas and selling in bases all over Australia and on line on eBay. We would like to have a web site built using virtuemart which has a shopping cart, online payment methods like pay pal and methods to take credit card payments but process the card transaction manually. The web site should allow for integration with Australia Post for shipping and for resellers there should be a section that the resellers log into with discounted pricing specific to the customer. We are also looking for web hosting to be included and email facilities. We also need generic terms and conditions for trading and logo designs for the front page for the site, business cards and stationary.
The site will have up to 2000 items across about 20 categories.

This has to happen online. With a PDF, and they should be able to approve the PDF or dis-approve it with a comment. Then we know we have to make a new one.
This is the most important part of the project.
