simple PSD to valid html and css - web form

Hi,

I have two simple forms (sign up and sign in) designed in PSD. I want these both converted to valid html and css.

The first form PSD is attached. I want this coded in valid html and css with roll over affect on the sign in button. This will be used in a lightbox html page for a sign in button. Once button clicked the lightbox will pop up with this sign in form.

no tables, commented and easy to understand code. valid html and css. css3 attributes, basic knowledge in jquery (for sliders and small things that are needed sometimes).

its about ~8 pages..

late. Just ONE table designed in photoshop (not layered) that needs to be convereted to valid html and css.

We'd also like a slight roll over effect when you roll over each item listing.

We have some more adjustments to be made to this, however we will start with this for now. We have two projects with this , we have another table psd that we need sliced. We have attached the first one for your reference and bidability.
