CRE Loaded Store Customization

I have a CRE Loaded 6.3 website (Custom Sense,) where I sell die cut vinyl decals. I would like two alterations made to the site.
First, I would like to have the decal sizes dynamically update based on what the customer wants. Example: customer puts in the size of 5.25" wide (or height) and the page automatically updates the other dimension based on the aspect ratio of the decal I enter in the product listing in the admin area. The cost of the decal will be based on square inches, something I also enter on the admin side. I also want the option of entering min and/or max sizes for Height or Width in the product listing on the admin side.
Second, I would like to be able to control product attributes more quickly for one or more attribute types. Example, I would like to be able to change the colors available for each decal on a single admin page, rather than having to go to all 400+ individual decal pages to change the colors available. If I get another color in stock or run out of a color I want to be able to quickly change all of the listings where "color" is a product attribute.

Cre Loaded development required for an existing store
we require.
1. HTML/CSS layout changes for product detail page
2. Display 'Specials' on category pages where there are minimum 3 and where the products are related to that category page.
3. Add a 'pop up' window on the 3D secure page to be filled with copy at a later date.
We are looking for a very quick turnaround.

HSBC CPI Payment Module Config for CRE Loaded Store
is recorded on database in admin if java/ is removed from spiders.txt but then causes a fatal error and crashes.
Would prefer somebody with experience of this payment module as I am aware can be a bit of pain to get working correctly. Would think just need some modifications to php around the checkout process to get cart and orders recorded to database correctly.

Cre Loaded Backend
I need cre loaded backend customization to achieve a specific objective. There is a main website that is been used to control other websites hosted on the same hosting service. The back end of the main site is what needs to be customized to be able to do the job. Some tables will be needed. See attached image and PM for additional information.

We have a windows based Order Administration tool called Multi Channel Manager (MCM) by Dydacomp that has a new open API that allows MCM to pull and push orders, shipping, inventory, product information. We need assistance getting MCM connected to our CRE Loaded store.

So the bottom line is we want a backend that we can use on many sites. Just change the admin details. Each website will have different content and front end but the same backend structure.
Not really a big job but we will need support in the future.

I have a CRE-Loaded store with products divided by category. I would like someone to configure it so that a user can select a category then select a price range within that category.
