Need Perl Developer to add a few functions to program

I need someone who can add a custom look to my website www.SiteStartups.com. I currently have Mambo installed on there and just need it customized with cool new look. I am not looking for a skin. If anyone can help on this I would greatly appreciate it.

I have a completed website written in Magento. It's okay, but not great.
