Product CAD-3D modelling/ rendering from JPEG

I am working on the design of a number of products: furniture, and lighting.
For this i need some JPEGs to be transformed into autocad drawings as well as 3D modelling and rendering.
I d like to start with one 3D modelling.
But if things work out and the job is done properly, I ll provide you with ongoing work. There is hundreds of products that need to be worked on.

The product crawlear needs to update every month for new products and products no longer active.

Exterior 3D Architectural Rendering - Garage building
and out of the building. In the building there need to be cars. The deliverable is a hi-res image and a file with we can open in bonzai3D to make corrections if needed. The first step will be to model the building and environment and then we will decide on the angle with the client, so we need the model to be opened in Bonzai3D to make the presentation. We will then make the rendering of the materials ourself or will ask you to do it.
