Graphic design for Reservation Form of Booking Site
Required skills: Graphic Design, Photoshop, Photoshop Design, Website Design
We need graphic design for a web reservation form. The web form must be horizontal (980px) and having 4 tabs horizontal or vertical, (hotels, cars, travel insurances, flights) with vector icons. The icons can be from a vector image bank, there is no restriction. Each tab will have a submition graphic button and 8 fields or less including a calendar icon.
Web reservation form must have a fresh design and not giving the look of an absolute rectangular table. Also it must makes clear and emphasizes to the tab's category, for example the flights reservation tab must emphasizes to this object. Fields must be not small ones and must has curves.
Examples of websites that use these kind of reservation forms will be given to the designer to take an idea as well as width and height pixels. The sample (or samples) must be showed to us with watermark image before we proceed to the completion of the project.
The final file must be in an editable PSD format with structured separated layers of every graphic has been used.
