I need to be able to add hyperlinks to the other counties and change the colors of the map. A hyperlink for a county takes the browser to a completely different web page. The width of the map should stay within about 600px, but I assume it will adjust pretty easy.

View opens facing West, but zoomed out (can't find how to set zoom in). In addition, if I click on the rotation arrow to change orientation, the view jumps to another place. I must zoomed in manually first, then changing orientation is OK.

I think Google Maps or Bing Maps should be good for this. In the game play user will see the complete map but he will be able to zoom in the map. Points should be send to Game Center.

There needs to be an admin area (web interface?) where we can set the city names for the countries.
A user should be able to select the country he desires.

Interface language should be English.

take a video from an area by traveling with a car. During the video capturing i am taking the coordinates of my position. I want to make a program in which i will insert my video and my gps data and i will get a video, that i will have the chance to insert it in google map or another similar program such as arcgis, geomedia etc. I want this video to have gps data, because i want during the time the video player plays a point to be moved on the map of a program (google map, arcgis etc)
