We are a small translation agency looking for a project manager to manage our new and existing customers.
Professionals and expats from the UK/US and Philippines are preferred (agencies or otherwise) with exceptional written English.
We provide both translation and SEO in multiple European languages, thus it's important we have absolutely perfect command of the English language; speaking and writing equipped to deal with the demands of US and UK clients.
Your core responsibilities will include:
1) Working 25 hours per week (up to 30 hours once full-time)
2) Provide professional phone and email support to new and existing clients and enquiries
3) Preform link building activities in slow times; blog articles, press release writing, blog comments, social media etc
4) Manage small client projects from start through to completion
5) Assist with recruiting translators, screening, training and supporting a virtual team
6) Provide daily updates on social media and blog, assist our marketing manager with online marketing efforts
You will be working from your home/office so constant contact to you via phone/skype/email is a must!
We are looking for someone who possesses a strong background in the translation industry and/or the language search engine optimisation industry.
Both your organisation skills and professional manner, along with your ability to write and speak English (UK English preferred) will add significant weight to your selection.
We would require an skype interview and a one page text to assess your knowledge. If successful, you will be required for a minimum of 6 months with a contract specifying as such. Please place your bid for one month 20 hours per week. After the first month trial, we will provide you with a 6 month contact if successful. Ideally we are looking for an individual or agency that's comfortable at working for around $ 3 per hour, those bids closest to this amount will be shortlisted.
