I own an internet marketing company that outsources web design and other online projects. It is a small, but rapidly growing company, and I have more projects than I can manage by myself. I would like to focus on sales and marketing while the person I hire handles the details of the project which I will supervise.
The person I need will be organizing projects to keep them on schedule by interfacing with clients and subcontractors (designers and programmers), exchanging information, answering questions, sending instructions, etc. They will report to me regularly with the progress and status of all projects.
Candidate must be hard working, flexible, trainable, enthusiastic, organized, a good communicator and go-between for clients and subcontractors. They must be able to take responsibility for moving projects along quickly from beginning to end and I will help them do this. You must be available at whatever times we agree on and consistently easy to communicate with.
Some administrative/virtual assistant work will be required, such as creating contracts and invoices (from templates) and sending them to clients.
