TAXI App for Iphone:
This app will allow users to rate their taxi journey.
How it will work:
The User gets into the taxi.
They Open up the app on smart phone.
They Enter the taxi Licence number (available inside the cab).
The app automatically saves the time and date.
Then enters a series of simple questions:
Did driver know where you want to go? Yes/No
Did he offer various route options? Yes/No
Is the car clean inside? Rate 1 to 5 stars
Does the cab smell OK? Rate 1 to 5 stars
Was the driver friendly? Rate 1 to 5 stars
Did he go the best route? Yes/No
Was it a safe journey? Rate 1 to 5 stars
Comments: (the user can write a review in here)
Overall rating ( 1 to 5 stars)
The info is the saved against that licence plate number.
So over time, each licence plate has a number of reviews.
Users can look up a license number and see the previous ratings. This will also display the overall rating for this taxi. 1 to 5 stars.
