Reservation App for Iphone/Android/Html

We require an App that will allow customers to reserve a spot in our VIP area at a specific time, and charge a deposit to their credit card.
We need a "customer" side app for Iphone and Android, and an embedded widget to provide the same function to visitors of our HTML website.
We also require a "admin" side program for recieveing and logging the orders, making edits to certain options on the "customer" side app, and the ability to send an editable message back to the customer to confirm their order.
Customer Side
The front page be a simple interface with 4 inputs, and a "Submit" button:
One input will be a dropdown menu for "Date". On the same line will be another dropdown menu for "Time".
One input will be a small text box for "Name".
One input will be a box for a few lines of text for "Special Requests/Comments".
After the user inputs all information, and selects "Submit" they will taken to a page to charge a deposit to their credit card.
We should be able to customize our colors and logo on each page.
Admin Side
It should be web-based(hosted on a remote server) and capable of recieveing orders from both of the cell phone apps, and the program on our website.
It should have an option to "auto-reply", allowing a pre-set message to be sent automatically to the customer after a successful order is placed.
We should also be able to select an order, and send a custom message to the person that placed it.
It should also have an option that we can turn on that sends a text message to a specific cell phone number(that we can change) every time an order is successfully placed, containing the details of that order.
It should have an option to add our own notes to each order, to be displayed only on the Admin side, underneath the information provided by the customer.
We should be able to edit our available hours for use in the "Time" input on the customer side. Ideally, we would be able to set the hours we are open each day of the week, and also have the ability to set special hours for specific dates without it effecting the settings for our normal daily hours.
It should display all orders placed from any of the discussed menthods, and have options to display them in the following ways:
From most recently placed(Lists orders, starting with the order that was most recently placed, and moving backwards in that order)
From next scheduled(Lists orders, starting with the one that is scheduled to happen next, and moving forward in that order)
Past Orders(Lists orders, starting with the one that's "time" has most recently passed, and moving backwards in that order)
We are open to whatever methods/programs will work best, as long as they function the way we'd like.

Lastly I will need some type of screen that only I can get into that will show me all the past uploaded forms sorted by date so I can make sure they were uploaded. I will also need to be able to pull them up on the ipad if needed from the server.

But I am only looking for the app build not consulting. We only have less than 100 members. There are lots of existing apps that do this same thing, so I only need one customized to our service, logos and customer IDs. tested for proof it works. Thank you
