I am looking for an experienced web developer who can create a quality fully functioning dating website that is religious based which is graphically pleasant to the user and full admin friendly features. I have listed the detailed specifications attached in a PDF. I attempted to place all in description but exceed the character space and therefore needed to attach additional specifications. Below are the basic requirements:

Wordpress blog of theme provider provides to be installed as a subdomain of website which has a search button leading to dating website.

Basic profile questionnaire, perfect match compatibility questionnaire, (up to 10) photos and 1 video upload from webcam in profile.
Search capability to find other users
4 alerts to users in their personal email and website mailbox
3 alerts to inactive users in their personal email and website mailbox
Ajax IM or comparable third party software installed

Free membership with limited access and paid membership with full access options for users with register buttons on all pages
Full admin functionality including:
o Ability to add/delete/edit profiles and fully view content.

I realize some of the features listed could be purchased as a separate software for a small fee and implanted into the website. Do not include their fees in your estimate as based on approval provider will pay for such software for developer to install. This can be an ongoing relationship.

Create a static website about 10 pages
roughly 10 pages.
The site must be made with the same look as http://www.adnetwork.net is, without the user section.
You can see the top menu: Home, Publishers (with subpages), Advertisers (with subpages), Contact.
The site must not be a copy cat but look as professional and using the same positionning of menus and text.
You'll also be responsible for writing a baseline content on each pages.
