Add Shopping Cart to online store

I have an online store. Currently it is very simple, each item has a paypal, liberty reserve, perfect money and alertpay buy now button under it.
I want to add a cart. So rather than the payment buttons there is a single add to cart button. Users can click this button. Once they are finished shopping they will click the view cart. The view cart page will have a list of the items (with an option to remove an item), a total and then the pay now buttons. I do not want a login, registration etc. system. Simple is key!
Another key is the shopping cart has many items in the database, these items must not be removed! The database can be changed if needed but the current data must be kept in tact.

What I need is a working set up that i can simply upload to the server. The design should be simple, may be similar to for example bodyshop.co.uk.
I should be able to add categories that show on the main page, create/amend/delete subcategories etc.

It needs to have SEO, face book link, twitter link, Weber, and a shopping cart for online store as donation article and planting trees on line. create a map using images from GOOGLE MAPS. Work will require carefully stitching together images to create an image to be printed on A1, Delivery to be a psd file of the map -

- Create Product Categories and subcategories
- Select users which are allowed to post items for sale in a certain subcategory.
- Basically assigning rights of sale in a sub-category
- Example for category "Interior design" there would be a subcategory 'Ceramics' in which both Admin and the assigned users can post articles/products for sale.
- Follow up orders in each sub category.
You will be responsible to cover start until end for this section.
