Should be very light....nobody likes to sit for 10 seconds and look at the word "loading". Should take no more than 5 seconds on dialup if possible to keep that light and have it be good and snazzy as well.

should be based on the logo to start with unless you have ideas. I will accept creativity. I've attached their logo and the website header for ideas....

I would also require a banner (468x60 pixels) and a rectangle advert (180x150 pixels) with a very similar look and content.
