I need someone or a firm that is 100% trustworthy to deliver a daily report to my client that includes a roundup of news about their industry. The client is in the financial services industry. The process for compiling the report is fairly simple: I will provide keywords that can be tracked by Google Alerts or other similar programs. Those will provide a flow of information. The chosen person or firm will review the results every day and cut and past the headline/title, publication name and link into a daily report. A typical report would have approximately 10 news stories, although some days will have more than others. This report will be submitted to the client every weekday before 5 p.m. Central Time. It is absolutely essential that the person or firm responding be able to prepare and deliver this report every weekday.
We anticipate that the process of compiling the report will take approximately 15 mintues each day. The initial engagement will be for a 3-month period beginning after January 1, 2012.
Please submit your bid for a 3-month engagement. If we have a positive experience, it is highly likely that we will want to continue the engagement beyond the initial 3-month period.
I am prepared to pay in three equal installments at the end of each month. The selected provider will be required to sign a letter of agreement stipulating that they will honor client confidentiality and not compete with us for the client's business.
