eBay API PHP/ MySql app
Required skills: eBay, MySQL, PHP
The application needs to do the following tasks:
1)Connect to eBay via eBay API on a user-specified interval.
2) Using script retrieve information on items all sold items Update paid for since the last run, but not override any note we manual put in.
The program need to setup login username and password to access.
We would need some sort of dynamic list that can filter the view listing upon a button click. Something like: "Sold & Paid Items", "Waiting Payment" button on main panel of system.
Once the button is clicked the next page shows items that have been paid on eBay and are ready to ship. This would include all the information pulled from current database based on eBay item number. (important thing is to remember that under one eBay item number can be multiple quantities).
Also it require Print the Shipping label for paid items and have filter to show which "Sold & Paid Items not print", "Sold & Paid Items printed"
3) Write information into MySql database. Key pieces of informaton to be written are:
-SRN number
-User Id
-Fullname
-Address of the recipient (not the buyer, but the shipping address).
-Item number
-Item Title
-Custom Label
-Quantity of units sold
-Price of the item
-Payment method
-Sale Date
-Paid on Date
-Posted on Date
- Add a column for remark (manual input)
These info can get from ebay.
4) it should be a tick box to mark shipping which would auto generate the date. Area to input tracking info then upload or update back to ebay using their Ebay API.
Notification the customer item dispatched and the tracking info
5) The system need to have search function for item number, userid, purchase date, sent day, description and total price.
Currently all these tasks are handling by excel and we want to enhance the task process quick and better.

Simple application using eBay API PHP MySQL
from the admin area and leave/request eBay feedback automatically. We will start with the small functionality mentioned above and go from there.
The application does not need to be of awesome design; simple forms are all that is required, I might add CSS to it my self later on.
