Funding Script modifications + design

Hello,
We have already a Funding Script which we would like to modify + create a design. We are searching those who could do it. This script is built using valid php, xhtml, jquery-ajax coding and php framework called "CodeIgniter", and its MVC structure. Script is Encrypted on Controller and Model with IonCube PHP. So if you would like to go there- must to decode these files. We need to build a few modules, make some changes/modifications and create a professional design. You would be provided with VDS server, domain and all script files. Also I have attached PDF files ("Front Side Panel" and "Admin Panel") with script Admin and Front Side panel explanation. Moreover I have attached a pdf file (Project) with explanation of what work we would like to do on this project. There will be small changes, so this file is just to help you understand what exactly we are waiting for. We are searching those who could help us to create our project and do it the best.

Fusker Page Script & Portal Design - Clone With Gallery

PHP script modifications
PHP script modifications are required for a PHP file. The file is subject of an SQL injection attack, the work requires trapping the submission and validating it, specifically removing HTML tags found.

php script modifications
1. for both the renter and person renting room, I would need some form of rating system with messaging like on ebay. This way someone wanting to rent a room or rent to someone could see what kind of experience previous people have had with them.
2. I would need to make sure that there is a membership application for this script, where members pay thru a payment gateway.
This must be completed by a company that has at least 5 reviews and no less than 9.5 on a rating.

I need script which will allow me to syndicate my news content on webmaster's sites. Once embedded on a webmasters site, visitors will see a banner-esq headline news section displaying only the Subject Title link.
I also like to integrate Google Adsense. So iFrames will not be acceptable as it violates Google Adsense TOS.
