New Marketplace Module for Tomato Cart

I need a Tomato Cart implementation customised.
We need to be able to add a portal whereby companies and individuals can sign up to be contributors.
They would fill out a registration form, which, after an approval process, will provide the registered user with a subset of the administration portal, so that they can manage their company information, logo's etc and more importantly, add products. (Only their products and details, not anyone elses)
The products will mostly be downloadables, but there should be an option to add a link to that comapanies own site for the download.
The portal should send alerts to the contribtors once a sale has been registered. It should also provide them with a report of sales.
Thorough knoweldge of Tomato Cart and OSCommerce is a must. You will work with us to ensure that this functionality works perfectly and intuitively.

Create a Gift Card Payment Module for Zen Cart
stage where the remaining amount due is not getting updated in the shopping cart. We'll need to be sure that the Zen Cart gift card module does not have this bug.

PHP Development - creating new shipping module for shopping cart

MIGS Module for CS-CART

Conflicting jquery Plugins Problem for Tomato Cart
ne plugin would be on the home page that works fine, the problem is that the other plugins on the site will stop working.
