Simple DNS API for WHMCS

Hello,
I'm looking for a programmer to create a SimpleDNS module for WHMCS. When the user logs into their control panel they should have an option next to their domain to edit the DNS. When they click on that button it should check the name servers to see if we manage the domain & if so they should see their DNS records and be able to edit them. Here are the records I need them to be able to edit, add or delete:
A
AAAA
MX
TXT
CNAME
DNAME
SRV
SPF
TXT
Although this feature is meant only for advanced users it should be easy as possible to use and only allow users to enter records that work. I've attached the Simple DNS manual that explains the records. I have already created a PHP script which will show you how to add or modify records in Simple DNS.
Most importantly this needs to be 100% secure. I don't need any SQL injection attacks!!!

Api Connection Whmcs To 4psa Dns Manager
We are looking for a API script to create DNS zones in 4PSA DNS manager trigerred by WHMCS.
- As soon as a domain name is ordered in WHMCS we need the script to create a zone in DNS Manager.
- We want define the DNS package setting such as client Zone SOA Settings and default IPadresses in WHMCS.
- We want to define the client permissions in DNS manager in WHMCS.
- We want to define the number of zone a client is allowed in WHMCS.

For this project, i search somebody who can write a simple code to an existed API between WHMCS and OWP. So basically i need 2 functions.
First is: When an order is done by whmcs the API must automatically pick a free ip from the pool ip in OWP and assign it to VPS.
Second is: When a customer make order of a VPS need to add a drop down menu with OS's list from OWP.
