Fix Adobe Illustrator file (AI File)

I have a vector logo of a football player but I need the points fixed on it so I can easily paint different sections.
***I want the logo to stay the same. but I need:
To be able to paint in the different parts individually.

Each Leg,
Pants,
Number on the jersey
Jersey,
Each Wristband
Helmet and different parts of the helmet.
Socks
And any other elements on the picture.
Also needs

Fix the left sock so it matches the right one.
Make the Hands and Football a little better looking.
Any other minor touch ups to make it look GREAT!
I will release payments upon my approval.
It may need a few revisions but this is probably an easy quick project for someone skilled with Adobe Illustrator.

Convert Files In Illustrator
We need to convert 2 pdf files to an ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR VECTOR BASED file and deliver to us as an EPS AND PDF. For printing purposes.
I am not sure if we need to send different file type for this, so please advise. The objects are smart objects but can send original images, etc.

-Export layers.jsx, which can be used to automatically generate animation frames from an illustrator file (Adobe Extension Toolkit scripting). You don't need this if you don't mind exporting each layer from the AI file.. but it will save time.
You should manipulate the images, JS timing and CSS timing as necessary to achieve the goal.

name surrounded by scroll work with a butterfly(s). Good #1 is really the style I like, maybe the banner where name goes more feminine. Not just straight lines. The other good ones are similar styles I like. The one labeled bad is not decorative enough.

Adobe Illustrator Logo Artwork
ar... re-create the exact same graphic that I have provided as a JPG, in Adobe Illustrator.
Then I want a slight variation of the image I have provided... I want the entire graphic to be a bit more narrow/tall, so that the body of the snake is more coiled up, because I want to position it on the left side of a business card.
Last, I want to integrate the company name "Copperhead PDC" into the grpahic. This will require good use of placement, size and FONT CHOICE.

Can someone convert a .PNG to a .AI (adobe illustrator) file??
I have a .png file that I need to make into a .ai file. The company that I'm working with apparently only accepts images in adobe illustrator format, which I don't have. I tried saving it as a .ai file in fireworks, but it doesn't display correctly.
