Required skills: 3D Modelling, 3ds Max, AutoCAD
looking for 3ds Max drafter with expertise in 3D modeling.
The drafter will be provided with Autocad 2D drawings (plans & elevations) of an apartment building.
Attached is a screen capture of the autocad file including plans & elevations.
3D model will have to be made of the Building Exterior (no need to model Interior parts).
Sub components of the finished model will include parts as described below.
The file format will be MAX (made with 3ds max software).
The model will consist of separated parts selectable by different colors :
Walls, Floors, Frames, Glass, Fence, Roof, Grass, Pergola, Sun Colt, Pave & Ramp; Park Border, Window Eden (all as shown in the attached zipped Max sample).

I seek a person to create a 3d model of the building in photographs which I unite with this project.

The color of the envelope should be a texturized surface like a rusty metal but with a color that goes from a red/brown to a plum-purple blue or aubergine shade.
The Idea is to start with a very rough rendering of the model, useful to evaluate and define the geometry, then a low resolution rendering to define point of view and colour and then the final picture rendered at full resolution.

Hi,
I need a 3D model of a building. The only thing i have are the 2D designs of the architect. I have the floorplan, front-, back, side-views with all the coordinates on them. I need just the outside view of the building, not the interior. The materials are concrete and glass.

3D model of a digital watch
ask is to build a detailed 3D model and provide both the model and animated rendering as video file. I prefer that you use Blender 2.5, but if you prefer other software, I can accept it as well. It is a fairly simple project for someone experienced in 3D modeling since there is nothing challenging.

I have 2D house plans that have been designed in AutoCad. I would like a 3D model of the house so I can see what it will look like from the street. It is a 2 storey house (first floor is in the ceiling space) It is approximately 300m2. All 2D autocad drawings are avalible and will be provided to the successful bidder.
