Required skills: 3D Rendering, 3ds Max, AutoCAD, Interior Design
I will provide 3D AutoCAD files and materials (in JPEG format) for rendering with specific instructions on the application of the materials. You will need to apply all materials and lighting as well as provide 3D color renderings from different angles of six (6) total spaces.
Once the job is complete you will send the 3D renderings as JPEG files along with the final 3ds Max files. Please provide a minimum of five (5) examples that you have completed for previous clients. Only serious and/or experienced designers will be considered. Selection will also be determined based on your turn around time. Project needs to be completed within 2-3 days. Examples of the level of work expected can be provided upon request.

Export 3DS Max to Chief Architect
bj and .3ds files from 3DS Max, but was not able to import them into CA.
I need detailed instructions on how to properly export and import my models into CA. Remember that I will need to import 20-30 objects into CA...so memory could become an issue, but I don't know. I'm using Chief Architect X4 (64bit), Intel i7 quad, 12 GB Ram, Nvidia graphics card.

Update and Enhance 3ds Max rendering
i am looking to develop and enhance an existing 3ds max rendering (see attached) of an existing building.
the end result should be an enhanced version of the png that i have attached.
we will have to update the rendering with more details as we progress.
we will provide the actual pictures of the details (of the actual building) that we are trying to replicate.

Render existing model in 3ds max and generate still Image

and render exactly what we see in the attached photo with the same lighting and provide a very hi-resolution still from the same angle. We will supply the file.
There is scope for more animation of this object in the future but for now it's just the still image we need. Ultimately I want someone to work with who can animate a simple man in a suit walking and standing and interacting with this beer glass.

We need this done in 3DS Max (we are working in 3DS Max 2012) and would like all the textures supplied along with the models please.
We will need an NDA signed and obviously need to reatin copyright and usage on all elements.
Ideally this would be completed in one week.

3ds Max coffee shop interior design photo realistic
photo. The tables and chairs in the coffee shop need to be exactly like the photo in cam2.png. The space should be large enough to put about 3-4 tables. AutoCAD to Revit/3ds Max
I have an AutoCAD 3d model (wireframe) that needs to be made into simple masses in revit and the taken into 3ds and create simple roads and surfaces similar to the attached jpeg.
The timeframe is 1 day
