Fix Shareasale Tracking Pixel for Volusion 2011

We need to immediately fix a tracking pixel for Shareasale for the eCommerce solution Volusion.
Their tracking pixel used to work in version 5, but does not work in version 2011.

Volusion 2011 uses an array to figure out the subtotal, so this will likely require javascript to build the tracking pixel image tag.

Our server tracks how many times it has played and the IP address.
User can upload video on our site (or download the software) and it will output the video with the tracking pixel embedded and they can track it on our website.

Fix Database And Ipn For My Site
there is empty sapces in the admin area for members picture for that attached and also fix some members downlines numbers and earnings
and fix the ipn for the site there is file for that and it is not working propabely when a member pay for his membership the ipn should remove him from the pending members list and put him in the active members list the ipn at my site does not do that only remove him from pending list and do not put him in the active list so he is lost
