Delphi 2010/Firebird/Fibplus - import data from XML.

I need some Delphi 2010/Firebird 2.5/Fibplus compatible code for an existing database project which imports data from an XML file into the Firebird database. Records in various related tables need to be created from the XML data.
It is a relatively simple project, but I need someone reliable for this, and the work needs to be completed within 2-3 weeks. Fixed budget 150 USD. The lead developer's mother tongue is Russian, so it may be helpful if you can speak Russian too (but it is not a requirement as you will be communicating with me in the first place).
If this goes well there is plenty of follow up work. Thanks.

GUI to import data from table and alert if date is incorrect
If data is incorrect (not properly compared to other data) alert user by changing color of that field that is incorrect, and when user points on that field, display the reason why info incorrect.
User should be able to edit info.
This is the basic of the job I will post more info in PMB.

VS 2003 project/Prefer VB.NET/Using Javascript on client's side to transfer data from XML to excel

4. The reason why I want to use JavaScript is to avoid the load for the sever when many users download files at the same time and open excel object to write data. If you have better solution you can suggest.

C# on IIS Import of xlarge XML files .1-500mb + JPG images
nd C#, i've been told this is a great way import massive files like the XML at a fraction of the time it takes with CF or PHP etc. CF and PHP actually timeout when the file size reaches approx 3meg trying to import the XML.

I have a simple game demo I have been working on, and I need someone to do some AS3 coding for me.
I need someone to write code to take data from XML ( .jpgs and text ) and put it into dynamically created movie clips on the stage.
This is step 1, there are many more steps, but I need this work completed in the next 2 days. Please hit me up as soon as possible so we can get started.
