Online Radio app $ 200 or less only

I need a simple app that will connect directly to our online radio station. It is a shoutcast radio station. We want it configured for just our radio station. We want it to have an alarm function to turn on the radio at predetermined time by the user. Also have the ability to just listen to our radio station and no other. We want this app for the Google G1 phone / Droid. I can supply examples how i want the interface to look.

Further more users will be able to search a list of music and request the music all without leaving their facebook account. We also need a way for them to listen while on facebook.
