New Banner Image For Vbullitin V4 Skin 200 X 1400px

I am upgrading my forum to a V4 skin. I would like to create a new banner . The new banner will need to be 1400 X 200 in size. I will supply images , logo , and the origional banner background the designer used to make the first banner. I do not have the raw design file so the banner will need to be recreated.
Each picture within the image will need to be cut from its supplied picture
Pictures will need to be mirrored etc so they point in the same direction as my sample banner
Everything must flow together
I am looking for a designer who has artistic ability and can deliver an over the top image. I will not settle for somthing that does not say WOW! So it may take several revisions to get it right.
My current designer has moved so this may open the door to future projects.
I have attached a pp file showing how I would like the banner set up.

Essentially, we are looking for a designer to build us a logo for our corporation from scratch, and implement it onto a nice looking banner. Also, the existing color scheme need not be utilized, a fresh new color scheme can be applied to the website to match the new banner/logo.
Our existing header image has been provided for sizing requirements etc...Also we use skype and we hope you do to!

(Maybe a flashing door with arrow "Look Inside", would do the job - anything that wants the web page visitor to look inside the trailer is good as long as t looks professional)
