Magento 1.6.1 Upgrade - Minor Bug Fixes for Magento Expert

Since updating two weeks ago from Magento 1.5.1 to 1.6.1 we've noticed a few minor issues that we need help from a Magento expert to solve.
Here are the issues we are seeing:
1) When items are viewed in the cart the item price appears as $ 0.00, but the total is correct. Also, on invoices the item price appears as $ 0.00 while the total and all other values are correct. Digging deeper, the price entry in sales_flat_invoice_item is being written to as $ 0.00 as well as in sales_flat_quote_item.
2) Coupon codes (promotions->shopping cart price rules) no longer work on the frontend or backend. Codes can be created, but when they are entered the have no effect on pricing. This may be related to the issue above.
3) Automated emails with shipment details used to include the tracking number, but now this is not included in the email that is sent. The tracking number, which is sent to Magento from our shipping software Stamps.com, is being saved with the shipment details in Magento automatically, but does not appear on the email that is sent since the update to 1.6.1. We need the tracking number to be included on the email that is generated.
We are looking to award this contract as soon as possible and look forward to your bid :).

Minor Map Fixes for an iPhone App
s an issue it seems. After it does this, then I try to zoom in or out and/or move the map and it wants to try to auto zoom me back to the current location. I want this feature but after it does this it should cut off and not keep bringing me back to the same place.

After it does this, then I try to zoom in or out and/or move the map and it wants to try to auto zoom me back to the current location. Also, we had the product alert box removed from product pages in the past, we would like this added back. We would like the product stock alert back on the product page, so that customers can be notified when products are back in stock.

Minor Bug Fixes to Magento site ipaydna

We need some small bugs fixed on a Magento site.
Currently we have a USD option when the user chooses to purchase a product. But when the get taken to the payment gateway (ipaydna) the amount is being displayed as SGD currency so the amount is incorrect.
We also have some small typos that need fixing.

#1 On the main home page there is javascript for sliding images, this shows up some times and does not show up when page is refreshed so it works on and off.
#2 The FAQ's appear randomly on the page and dont show up in a categorical way.
#3 For the product images lite box script was working earlier ( when clicked pop up images used to come), now it doesnt work properly.
These 3 things needed to be fixed ASAP.
