MondoTalk is a VoIP company providing VoIP services to subscribers located in over 100 countries.

MondoTalk is seeking a person to employ full time that meets the below requirements. Please demonstrate where possible how you are able to address the below points with proven past experience and examples.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Provide 1st/2nd level support via phone and/or remote desktop technologies;

* Program, configure, and maintain MondoTalk’s VoIP systems;

* Create and complete client hand-over documentations;

* Directly communicate with clients to obtain their respective phone system requirements;



Mandatory Skills Required

You will be required to demonstrate these skills
* Telephone (VOIP/PABX) support experience

* Strong client focus and professional communication skills

* Excellent analytical and trouble shooting skills

* Experience in network troubleshooting

* Preferable 1 year experience with Asterisk.

* Preferable 1 year experience in administrating, deploying, networking and securing Linux

* Fast learner of new technologies

* Ability to prioritise tasks and reschedule tasks to meet with deadlines and changes in customer priorities

* Good written and spoken English skills



Highly regarded skills
* 1 year experience programming in PHP

* 1 year experience programming with HTTP POST, HTTP GET API's.

* Attention to detail to ensure minimal bugs are coded into software systems

* Ability to implement internal procedures and policies with efficient automated software systems.
* Works well with remote technologies and teleconferences
