Wordpress (CSV/IDX) to XML rightmove real estate conversion

Need a simple wordpress site to promote a real estate company with the ability to post listing and pictures on my own

Graphic design to help me with the following:

•I want to launch a real estate site that has Property search tools. I will contract one of several vendors that will provide me with the IDX (MLS property information) integration

•I will need help with customizing my Thesis theme or perhaps making a theme to integrate what I need.

I will provide you with a detail description and samples of similar sites for you to get a clearer idea of the project.

We are looking for an experienced programmer / web developer to develop a real estate vertical search engine portal to allow users to search the internet for all properties for sale, rent etc. in USA. Search results to be displayed on our website using xml or third party API, with links to listings, and should allow user to filter and refine results. Please provide examples, a demo of a working website with script of this type if available.

I will give details in PM but I need a website designed in a CMS style similar to a real estate site which has listings, search, multiple categories.
