NEW Wordpress Post via Email Plugin

The native wordpress post via email function does not actually convert the attached image from email to featured image, all attached files are displayed as inline instead. This is not i wanted.
-What I need is the first attached Image should be recognized and display as featured image of the post, the second, third or more images will be recognized as inline image then. And the post will be recognized as an Image-type post and be posted under the "image" category.
-If user attached a video file (for e.g. video file from iPhone) in the email, it will be recognized as a video post by wordpress theme and be posted as video post type with the video being displayed correctly and be posted under the "video" category.
-If the user doesn't attached anything in the email, the post will be posted as a normal text type and be posted under the "news" category.

Customizing The Private Comment Notification Email Plugin
What I want:
I want to customize the email that the plugin creates:
1. The title of the email should be X post name
2. The text of the email should be

X author name
X comment text
X link to comment
The letter x stands for Hebrew word that I will provide.

Data taken from iTunes needs to be inserted into the post of the post(like I said), but also needs to be presentable and 'fit in well' with the design of my current Wordpress Theme.
