Synchronize a Google Spreadsheet with multiple Google Agenda

Hello,
I am looking for someone to develop an application to import data from an Excel sheet (or possibly a google spreadsheet) into many google calendars. I've attached a quick description of what I would need this application to do.

This is for internal use at the firm I work for, for task management purposes. Our budget for this is around $ 200.

User will develop an aspx login page with using Google Users API. http://code.google.com/appengine/docs/users/

So Google Users will be able to login our web application easily.

Ideally this should be a neat component easily added to any MVC page. However if you believe you have all the right skills but do not have the MVC abilities then please still bid and make it clear in your proposal whether you are building as a MVC component.
