since my last project got totally spammed :(
We are an Hometextil leading company and looking for a code "freelancer/ 3d designer" who can
design us atleast 1 (ONE) interior scene (bedroom).
What we REALLY want if you gonna bid !:
1. We want only REALISTIC result (attached to this you will see 1 sample)
Please do not post if you havent done any images with that quality !!!!
What will your job if we work with you ?
We will both decide upon a scene, we provide you some real life images your provide a few and we choose suiting to our needs. After that you will model that scene in 3ds max, color and texture everything and fill it with life.
Life? We are selling home textiles, which means you will place our products into that picture (like a spec. bedding set design)
So, what we expect from you is!
1. The Result should lead in a scene, where we can simple replace the color or the texture of specific items
like change the color of the fitting sheets, change the texture of the bedding sets etc...
2. A brillant result (the actually rendering time is secondary!)

3DS MAX, simple interior walk-through.. need lighting expert
need someone to create a simple walk-through of an interior for me. I've modelled the objects, you just need to create material and lightings for me.

We already have a 3ds max file but previous provider dropped out and we need someone to continue his work and project rendering for 2 views of the same object.
It is a scene with a booth, kiosk design.
We have all files and instructions.

Export 3DS Max to Chief Architect
bj and .3ds files from 3DS Max, but was not able to import them into CA.
I need detailed instructions on how to properly export and import my models into CA. Remember that I will need to import 20-30 objects into CA...so memory could become an issue, but I don't know. I'm using Chief Architect X4 (64bit), Intel i7 quad, 12 GB Ram, Nvidia graphics card.
Attached are three models and renderings of what it should look like.

Update and Enhance 3ds Max rendering
i am looking to develop and enhance an existing 3ds max rendering (see attached) of an existing building.
the end result should be an enhanced version of the png that i have attached.
we will have to update the rendering with more details as we progress.

small 3ds max project : living room and exterior of a house

Interior design must be done to that of living room inside of a home.Exterior design of homes like the attached.

3ds Max coffee shop interior design photo realistic
photo. The tables and chairs in the coffee shop need to be exactly like the photo in cam2.png. The space should be large enough to put about 3-4 tables. I need to have the tables and basic design done first then I need to file to set up some 3 cameras. Finally I'll send the updated file back to the you to insert the accessories.
