This should be a very simple fix for most Joomla veterans.
The load time of a Joomla based website is extremely slow. This can be only slightly attributed to the hosting provider, the rest is the lack of optimized code and downward compatibility for IE6-7 browsers which is slowing things down.
We need a talented web developer to optimize the site to load in 5 seconds or less.

Hi, my client needs his joomla website updated. There is nothing fancy on the website, its so simple. I can do it too but because i have so much work i have decided to give the project to another freelancer. 75% of the content will be taken from the existing website and it should be completed within the shortest possible time
