I need solution where I can bind image to the Silverlight and image is stored in the Isolated Storage.
Important: Silverlight have to take image himself, You cannot set the image from the code behind

Where Imag epath is only string path, not an image.
I have tried many solutions before.
The very last solution is, to bind byte array and convert them to the Image
